Shipping

1. If you have multiple items in your order, the items you ordered will be shipped to you separately based on the availability of each product in our various warehouses. This ensures you receive all your products in the shortest time possible.
2. We will proceed to ship out your order once the payment is through. This will normally take around 2-5 days.
3. To enjoy free standard shipping, place an order totalling to $150 or above and you will be eligible for our free standard shipping. If you don't automatically see this in your order, feel free to contact us and we will have it resolved for you.

Delivery

1. Depending on where you're ordering from, the delivery of your packages may take from 7 to 45 working days from the date which the shipment of your order is processed.
2. If you do not receive your packages within 60 days from the date of your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will look in the matter immediately.
