Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my orders?
Orders will typically be fulfilled within 2-5 days upon payment confirmation. Depending on where you're ordering from, the delivery may vary from 7 to 28 days.
Why do I receive several packages for my orders?
If you've checked out multiple items in your order, we will ship your order to you via split shipping. This means that we will start the shipping process as soon as the items you ordered becomes available. Sometimes, this will require us to split your order into multiple packages. We do this to ensure that you receive all the items you ordered as soon as possible.
Rest assured, you will not be required to pay additional shipping cost for the multiple packages you received. If your orders are over MYR149.99, you will automatically be eligible for free standard shipping.
I only received some of the items I ordered. Why? / Some of the items I ordered are missing.

Returns & Refunds
I've received the items I ordered but I feel that they're not right for me.
If the items you received are NOT damaged, but you don't want to keep them, then please consider supporting us in our CSR project. You can reach out to us at csr@sassycove.com to find out more about our CSR project.
However, if the items you received are damaged, please send proofs of purchase along with photos of the damaged items to us at support@sassycove.com. Once we've verified the damages, we will arrange for a refund to you via the payment method you used when purchasing.
